1. About JobAlertsZA

JobAlertsZA is a South African job auto-apply platform that helps job seekers find and apply to jobs automatically. We scrape publicly listed jobs from multiple South African job boards, match them to your preferences, and submit applications on your behalf using your uploaded CV and AI-generated cover letters.

2. Services & Products

We offer the following plans:

• Free Plan (R0/month) — Browse and search all jobs, upload and parse your CV, 3 auto-applies per month, WhatsApp job alerts.
• Pro Plan (R29/month) — Everything in Free, plus unlimited auto-applies, browser form auto-fill, and priority job matching.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use JobAlertsZA. You can sign up with your email address or through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments & Billing

Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly at R29 via Paystack. Payments can be made by credit/debit card or instant EFT. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

5. Refund Policy

• 7-day refund window — If you upgrade to Pro and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your payment, provided you have not used more than 5 auto-applies during that billing period.
• No refund after 7 days — After the 7-day window, the current billing period is non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and your Pro access will remain active until the end of your paid period.
• Service disruption — If our platform experiences significant downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) during your billing period, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
• How to request a refund — Email akhonabest7@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload false or misleading CVs or information.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission.

8. Disclaimer

JobAlertsZA submits applications on your behalf to third-party job boards and employers. We do not guarantee employment, interview invitations, or responses from employers. Job listings are sourced from public websites and may change or expire without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, JobAlertsZA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed job opportunities or incorrect application submissions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
