• Payment information — processed securely by Paystack. We do not store your card details.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and feature usage to improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To automatically apply to jobs matching your preferences on your behalf.
• To answer questions an employer's application form asks, using only what your CV and profile already say.
• To email you about your applications and your account.
• To process subscription payments through Paystack.
• To improve and maintain the platform.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on our own servers in South Africa (Azure, South Africa North region), not on a third-party hosted platform, and is transmitted over encrypted connections. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Paystack — payment processing.
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in method.
• Groq AI — answering employer application-form questions.

Each third party has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
