Our client is seeking experienced .NET Developers with strong Azure DevOps and modern front-end development experience to join a leading enterprise banking team. The successful candidates will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining scalable .NET applications using Microsoft Azure cloud technologies and DevOps best practices. The role focuses on developing secure, cloud-native applications using C#, Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure Container Apps and Infrastructure as Code while collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality enterprise banking solutions. Candidates must have hands-on experience with Angular or React, Azure DevOps pipelines, Docker and modern application development
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain enterprise applications using C# and the .NET framework.
- Develop cloud-native applications using Azure Functions, Azure App Services and Azure Container Apps.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using ARM Templates, Terraform or Bicep.
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular or React.
- Secure cloud applications using Azure AD Managed Identities and Azure Key Vault.
- Develop and deploy containerised applications using Docker.
- Build event-driven solutions that integrate with enterprise systems.
- Develop, optimise and maintain Microsoft SQL Server database solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to deliver scalable, secure and high-quality software solutions.
Produce technical documentation and adhere to software development standards and best practices

Technical Skills
- 6–7+ years' hands-on experience in .NET Development.
- Strong experience with C# and the .NET Framework/.NET Core is mandatory.
- Experience developing Azure Functions, Azure App Services and Azure Container Apps is mandatory.
- Experience implementing Azure AD Managed Identities and Azure Key Vault is mandatory.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using ARM Templates, Terraform or Bicep is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Angular or React is mandatory.
- Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps is mandatory.
- Experience developing and deploying Docker containerised applications is mandatory.
- Intermediate experience with HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript and Angular is required.
- Intermediate experience with Event-Driven Development and Microsoft SQL Server is required.
- Experience working within Banking or Financial Services environments is advantageous.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- Microsoft Azure or Azure DevOps certifications will be advantageous.
