We are seeking experienced Offensive & Defensive Security professionals to join a lean, high-impact cybersecurity capability focused on vulnerability discovery, attack simulation and remediation enablement. The successful candidates will operate across both offensive and defensive security domains, performing penetration testing, ethical hacking and red team activities while supporting vulnerability identification and remediation efforts. The team will comprise a combination of highly skilled senior specialists and mid-level support resources responsible for testing, analysis and support activities. The ideal candidates will possess a strong software development background together with a cybersecurity mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams to strengthen the organisation's security posture.
Responsibilities
- Perform penetration testing activities to identify security vulnerabilities.
- Conduct ethical hacking and red team engagements.
- Identify vulnerabilities across systems and applications.
- Support remediation activities by working with technical teams.
- Operate across both offensive and defensive security domains.
- Perform security testing, analysis and support activities.
- Contribute to vulnerability discovery and attack simulation initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to improve organisational security capabilities.

Technical Skills
- Conduct penetration testing, ethical hacking and red team engagements to simulate real-world cyber-attacks, identify security vulnerabilities and assess organisational security readiness.
- Identify, analyse and validate security vulnerabilities across applications, systems and network environments through comprehensive security testing and risk assessments.
- Support vulnerability remediation by providing technical recommendations, validating security fixes and reducing identified security risks.
- Strengthen offensive and defensive security capabilities by proactively identifying threats, evaluating security controls and enhancing cyber resilience.
- Perform security analysis and cybersecurity assessments while applying industry best practices to protect organisational systems, infrastructure, data and digital assets from evolving cyber threats.
