About the Opportunity
TeamBuilder Cares is opening doors for dynamic, high-energy young South Africans looking to break into the job market. Our Youth Facilitator Development Pathway offers hands-on experiential learning, practical leadership training, and real-world exposure in events, sports, education, and hospitality sectors.
You will train directly alongside senior facilitators, managing dynamic group environments and building top-tier skills on live event sites.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior facilitators in setting up, running, and managing high-energy team events.
Lead and co-host small group activities, maintaining high enthusiasm and client engagement.
Apply risk management standards to ensure safe and organized event operations.
Put public speaking, conflict resolution, and communication skills into practice during live events.

Requirements
South African citizen aged 18–28.
Valid Matric Certificate (NQF Level 4).
Currently unemployed.
Excellent communication skills, vibrant personality, and a passion for leading groups.
Punctual, reliable, and available to work flexible event schedules.
