We’re creating opportunities for young people living with disabilities to gain meaningful workplace experience and build a pathway into the Medical Aid Industry. Available 1 November 2026 - 31 October 2027.
Through the YES Programme, you will gain practical exposure within our PMB Department. As part of your onboarding and development, we’ll provide you with comprehensive training on our products and services. This will equip you with the knowledge, confidence, and skills you need to engage with our members professionally and effectively over the phone. We’re committed to supporting you throughout your training journey to help you succeed in the role.
Hosted in a supportive professional environment, the programme is designed to help participants build confidence, gain industry knowledge, and develop experience that can contribute to their future career opportunities.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Tertiary education will be preferable
- Not currently employed
- 35 or younger
- SA Citizen
- Preference will be given to people living with disabilities
