We’re creating opportunities for young people living with disabilities to gain meaningful workplace experience and build a pathway into the Medical Aid Industry. Available 1 November 2026 - 31 October 2027.
Through the YES Programme, you will gain practical exposure to Hospital Benefit Management, while supporting learners in developing valuable workplace, administrative, and customer-focused skills.
Hosted in a supportive professional environment, the programme is designed to help participants build confidence, gain industry knowledge, and develop experience that can contribute to their future career opportunities.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Tertiary education will be preferable
- Not currently employed
- 35 or younger
- SA Citizen
- Preference will be given to people living with disabilities
