- Supervise General Workers and allocate tasks.
- Manage day-to-day yard operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the yard.
- Ensure timely execution of Fleet Managers' instructions.
- Supervise cargo loading.
- Complete and manage required paperwork and documentation.
- Monitor employee performance.
- Maintain discipline and compliance.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ensure client requirements and procedures are followed.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
- Prior supervisory experience in a related field.
- Valid Code EB / B driver's licence.
- Computer literate.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Additional language skills preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
