A reputable company is seeking two General Workers with Electrical Experience to join their team on a fixed-term, project-based contract in Potchefstroom. The successful candidates will assist with electrical and HVAC installation projects, providing support to technicians and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC Technicians and Electricians with daily installation activities.

• Support the installation of commercial HVAC and electrical systems.

• Pull cables, mount equipment, and assist with electrical wiring where required.

• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials on site.

• Prepare work areas and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Assist with drilling, mounting, and basic mechanical installation tasks.

• Follow instructions from the Site Supervisor and Team Leader.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

• Perform general labour duties as required to support project completion.

• Report any hazards, damages, or safety concerns immediately.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a construction, electrical, or HVAC environment.

• Basic electrical knowledge and hands-on experience.

• Experience assisting with commercial electrical or HVAC installations will be advantageous.

• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools.

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work on a fixed-term, project-based contract in Potchefstroom.

Package & Remuneration

Salary: R5,300 CTC per month
