Workshop Supervisor

 NOW HIRING: WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR OTTERY, SOUTHERN SUBURBS Ubuntu Fibre is looking for an experienced and reliable Workshop Supervisor to manage our workshop, fleet, mechanics and drivers.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervise and coordinate mechanics and drivers • Schedule drivers’ daily duties • Plan daily collections and deliveries with all departments • Coordinate weekly vehicle inspections and checks • Work with mechanics to evaluate and assess vehicles • Identify and source parts required for repairs and maintenance • Maintain detailed vehicle maintenance and repair records • Keep records of parts purchased and work completed • Plan and monitor vehicle repairs and preventative maintenance • Ensure all vehicles remain roadworthy and operational • Provide a daily workshop report on work completed • Prepare a plan of action for the following day ✅ REQUIREMENTS • Previous experience in a similar position • Mechanical background and knowledge of vehicle maintenance • Experience in sourcing vehicle parts • Strong organisational and planning skills • Able to supervise and coordinate staff • Punctual, reliable and responsible • Must be able to work independently and take initiative • Must reside close to Ottery / Southern Suburbs  TO APPLY Send your CV to: hr@ubuntufibre.co.za Join the Ubuntu Fibre team!
