This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with strong leadership abilities and a passion for maintaining high workshop standards. Detail: Description: Manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop. Supervise and lead workshop technicians and support staff. Plan, allocate and monitor workshop jobs to ensure efficient workflow. Diagnose, service and repair construction equipment (petrol and electric), motor vehicles and mechanical machinery. Perform preventative maintenance and fault-finding on equipment. Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Maintain workshop productivity and minimise equipment downtime. Order and manage workshop parts, tools and consumables. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate service records and workshop documentation. Requirements: Minimum 10 years' experience repairing and maintaining: Construction equipment (petrol and electric) Motor vehicles Mechanical machinery Previous Workshop Management experience is essential. Relevant trade qualification or mechanical certification. Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities. Computer literacy with: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft Outlook / Email Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
