This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise and proven supervisory ability.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric or higher qualification
- Completed Diesel Trade Test
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar supervisory role
- Valid Code 14 licence

- Confident and proactive approach — able to anticipate issues and requirements before they arise
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

- Sound technical knowledge of diesel engines, heavy vehicles, and workshop processes
