An established client in Ballito is seeking a proactive and organised Workshop and Field Technician to support branch operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for general mechanical and electrical repairs, servicing and onsite maintenance of golf carts, as well as related administrative and stock control duties. Duties & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- General mechanical and electrical repairs on golfcarts
- Basic diagnosing on electric motors
- Site visits to perform general servicing and onsite repairs
- All admin related to a technician’s job function e.g. job cars
- Stocktaking
Requirements
- Minimum 5 professional years’ experience in a workshop environment
- Grade 12 or equivalent – essential
- Valid unendorsed code 08 driver’s license.
- Own Transport.
- Electrical motor and or combustion engine experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, articulate and well-spoken.
- Planning and organisational skills.
- Achieve a high levels of accuracy.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management: Able to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrating a sense of urgency and commitment.
