Our client, based in Durban North , is seeking a highly organised and experienced Workshop Administrator to provide effective administrative support to the workshop and ensure that all workshop processes, job cards, maintenance schedules, supplier liaison, and records are managed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage job cards and general workshop administrative activities.
  • Liaise with OEM suppliers regarding parts procurement and quotations.
  • Manage and monitor fleet maintenance schedules .
  • Maintain accurate workshop records and documentation.
  • Coordinate administrative processes to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the workshop.
  • Provide general administrative support to the workshop team as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Workshop Administrator role.
  • Proven experience as a Workshop Administrator is essential.
  • Previous experience within a workshop, fleet, automotive, or related environment will be advantageous.
  • Candidates residing in or near Phoenix, Tongaat, or Umhlanga will be considered.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Salary - R 8500
