- We are looking for an organised, task-driven and reliable Workshop Administrator to join our client's construction operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping key administrative records up to date, monitoring fuel usage and ensuring vehicle and equipment tracking information is accurately maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain fuel logs and fuel usage records
- Ensure tracker reports are accurate and up to date
- Monitor reports for discrepancies, irregularities or potential issues
- Escalate any concerns or problems to management promptly
- Maintain accurate workshop and fleet-related administration
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist management with general workshop administration and reporting
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience, preferably within construction, fleet, transport or a workshop environment
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Highly task-driven and detail-oriented
- Good computer literacy and Excel skills
- Ability to monitor information and identify discrepancies
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Must be comfortable working in a busy, operational environment
