- Financial Data Management : Entering transactions, maintaining financial records, and updating databases or spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial information
- Financial Reporting : Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Analysis and Forecasting : Conducting variance analysis, trend analysis, and ratio analysis to assess financial performance, as well as supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Reconciliation and Compliance : Reconciling bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, and assisting with audits or compliance reviews
- Project Support : Participating in ad-hoc projects, special assignments, and process improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency
- Collaboration : Working with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Despatch, Maintenance and Distribution, to coordinate activities and exchange information
- Software and Tools : Using Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and other financial tools to process data, create models, and support reporting
