- Our client in the facilities management, cleaning and security industry is looking for a Workforce Management Agent - Durban
Purpose of the Role
- The Workforce Management Agent is responsible for providing effective workforce administration and operational support by coordinating workforce planning, maintaining accurate employee and operational records, monitoring workforce compliance, supporting payroll administration, and producing workforce management reports.
- The role contributes to the efficient deployment of employees, compliance with client Service Level Agreements SLAs, legislative requirements, and company policies, while ensuring workforce information is accurate, complete and maintained across operational systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Matric.
- Minimum of five 5 years' experience in workforce administration, operations administration, payroll administration, employee administration, or a similar operational support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working with workforce management, payroll, HRIS or operational management systems.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and manage high volumes of administrative information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Ability to analyse information, identify discrepancies and implement corrective action where required.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related qualification.
- Experience within the security, cleaning, facilities management, contract services or similar multi-site operational environment.
- Experience using Velocity, Prof1t, SAP or similar workforce management and payroll systems.
- Working knowledge of workforce planning principles, payroll administration, labour legislation and client Service Level Agreements SLAs.
