Work Intergrated Non Technical Learner (TVET) Johannesburg & Durban

Position Purpose

• The Work Integrated Learning WIL Trainee Programme aims to provide students and recent graduates with practical workplace experience, allowing them to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world environment. This programme is designed to enhance participants' employability by offering hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to industry-specific tasks. The WIL trainee programme is conducted over a period of 18 months.

Position Outputs

• Task Execution Assist in specific projects within a department or work-stream. Perform routine operational tasks under supervision. Support administrative functions, including documentation and reporting. Learning & Development Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs. Shadow experienced professionals to gain practical insights. Communication & Collaboration Interact with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to understand business needs. Serve as a central contact point for queries and assistance. Research & Analysis Conduct market research, data collection, and analysis to support business decisions. Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office tools. Compliance & Safety Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric certificate and completed all theoretical N4 to N6 for Human Resource Management, Marketing, Financial Management and Office Management. Must be South African Age between 18-35 Preference will be given to people with Disability. No bursary obligation with other company Inservice training Letter from Institution for WIL Programme Proof of certified Matric certificate and ID, Full Academic record.
