- Bidvest Tank Terminals has an opportunity for Work Integrated Learning for 18-months. This Opportunity exists within the Training Department,based in Kempton Park, reporting to the Training Manager. The candidate must meet the following minimum criteria.
Minimum Requirements
- No experience required
- A valid South African Identity Document SA Citizen
- Must have completed theoretical training for diploma and now requires practical work experience to complete their diploma in the following Qualifications:
- Human Resource
- Business Administration
- Environmental Management
Duties and Responsibilities MAIN PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME:
- To gain an understanding of the various departments within BTT
- To provide Students with on- the job work experience
- To train Students in various practical skills to enable easy integration into the workplace
COMPETENCIES: Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Ability to work in a logical and organised manner
- Ability to practice good workplace ethics
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- High levels of integrity and confidentiality
- Ability to work well in a team, and/or independently as required
