Our cuisine is rooted in Mexican heritage, with a strong focus on maize, traditional techniques and seasonal South African ingredients. We are looking for experienced waitrons who are warm, professional and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will have: Previous fine-dining or high-end restaurant experience; Strong food, wine and beverage knowledge; Confidence explaining a multi-course menu and its ingredients; Excellent communication and attention to detail; A warm, polished and attentive service style; The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure; A genuine interest in Mexican cuisine (advantageous) and a willingness to learn.
Reliable transport to and from Kalk Bay - Availability for evening and weekend shifts
