Minimum requirements
- Trade Tested Welder – essential
- Previous welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good knowledge of welding and fabrication processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious and hardworking
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fabrication according to specifications and drawings
- Prepare, cut, fit and assemble metal components
- Inspect completed welds and correct defects where required
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain quality and production standards
- Assist with general workshop and fabrication duties
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all company health and safety procedures
