As a Financial Planner, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your own client base, build lasting relationships and grow your business — with the support, training and credibility of a large, established financial services organisation behind you.
This is more than a traditional 9-to-5 role. It’s an opportunity for someone who is commercially minded, target-driven and ready to take ownership of their success.
What you'll be doing
- Identifying and generating new business through networking, prospecting, referrals and relationship building
- Meeting with clients to understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions
- Building and managing your own portfolio of clients
- Developing long-term professional relationships
- Working towards ambitious sales and business targets
- Growing your practice through consistent business development and referrals
- Remaining accredited and up to date in terms of FAIS

We’re looking for someone who
- Has a strong sales, business development or entrepreneurial mindset
- Has previous experience in a sales or strong customer service environment
- Is confident, resilient and comfortable with prospecting and generating new business
- Is motivated by targets, achievement and uncapped earning potential
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Takes ownership, works independently and is driven to succeed
- Is comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Tertiary qualification is an advantage, Matric is required
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license is essential.
- Own laptop and strong computer/technological literacy
- Clear credit and criminal record
