Wealth Manager (New Business)

Main Purpose of Job The primary purpose of the Wealth Manager role is to share the Companys story with as many ideal clients as possible, ensuring sustainable growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) in line with the strategic targets. This includes identifying and attracting new families, deepening relationships with existing clients, and proactively cross selling the full suite of integrated wealth, fiduciary, and investment services offered across the Group.

A key part of the role is delivering an exceptional client experience in accordance with Service Level Agreements, ensuring that every interaction reflects values of professionalism, client centricity, and trust. Wealth Managers work collaboratively within the broader Wealth Management team and in close partnership with the Wealth Management Assistants (WMAs) to ensure seamless administration and management of their client book.

Staying informed of industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes is essential to providing informed advice and maintaining a boutique, holistic Family Office experience. Ultimately, the Wealth Manager contributes directly to growing the businesss AUM and supporting the long-term success of clients and the Group.

Reports to: Director Wealth Management

Experience Required: Proven and relevant experience (5 years +) of giving advice and holistic financial planning to high-net-worth and ultra-high net worth clients

Direct / Indirect reports to this position: Wealth Management Associates

Education Required: Commerce or Business Science undergrad with postgrad in Financial Planning (requirement). Further post graduate qualifications advantageous.
