About APS Wealth Management
APS Wealth Management is a professional financial advisory practice focused on delivering tailored investment, risk and healthcare funding solutions to clients. The business prides itself on high service standards, regulatory excellence and strong client relationships.
APS is looking to appoint a highly organised Wealth Management Administrator to support Financial Advisors and ensure the efficient processing of client investment and risk administration.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Investment & Risk Administration
- Process new business applications, withdrawals, switches, transfers and additional contributions
- Submit documentation to investment platforms, insurers, medical aid and GAP providers
- Track and follow up on outstanding transactions
- Maintain accurate investment registers and reporting
Client Administration
- Open and maintain client files and update CRM records
- Prepare review packs and client documentation
- Coordinate client meetings and respond to administrative queries
- Liaise with clients, advisors and product providers
Compliance (FICA & FAIS)
- Ensure client records meet regulatory requirements
- Obtain and verify FICA documentation
- Maintain audit-ready files and support compliance reviews
Operational Support
- Assist Financial Advisors with proposal preparation and administrative processes
- Support improvements in operational efficiency
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 2–4 years’ experience in investments / wealth management / financial services administration
- Qualification in Finance / Business / Wealth Management
- Experience working on investment platforms or financial planning software
- Knowledge of FICA and FAIS processes
Package & Remuneration
