DescriptionField Sales Agent — Job DescriptionPosition: Field Sales Agent Company: Centenarian Insurance Group Employment Type: Commission-Based / Field Sales/ BASIC ON 3RD MONTH Location: Various areas in South AfricaJob Purpose: The Field Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling Centenarian Insurance Group’s funeral and family protection products to individuals, families, community groups and other potential clients. The agent will identify prospective customers, explain available products, assist clients with applications, and build long-term customer relationships.Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients in assigned areas. Promote Centenarian Insurance Group’s insurance products. Explain premiums, benefits, waiting periods and terms to prospective clients. Generate new leads and convert them into applications. Assist clients with completing applications correctly. Follow up with prospective and existing clients. Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information. Meet agreed monthly sales targets. Build and maintain a strong client base. Represent Centenarian Insurance Group professionally in the community. Participate in company training, meetings and sales activities. Provide good customer service and support to policyholders. What We Are Looking ForSelf-motivated and target-driven individuals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence when speaking to people. Good sales and networking ability. Ability to work independently in the field. Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not necessarily required. Professional appearance and attitude. Reliable and committed to achieving results.
