- Receive chemical deliveries from Diversey
- Drive a forklift only if you have been trained
- Offloading of chemicals from truck
- Submit relevant paperwork after deliveries to Technicians
- Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to daytanks, if necessary. Use barricades and signage
- Check and record all stock levels
- Complete a daily usage report
- Compile Action Log for each report
- Submit the daily pasteurizer report to Account Manager/Technician before shift end
- Complete a daily service report for boilers,cooling systems , pasteurizers and chlorine dioxide
- Check for slime and beer foam in the pasteurizer.
- Collect samples from boilers , cooling systems , pasteurizers and chlorine dioxide systems for testing purposes .
- Check for leaks in equipment, pumps, tanks, around chemical stations
- Check if the are enough testing reagents onsite .
- Capture data/ concerns from operators Ensure good housekeeping around the bulk storage areas & chemical stations
