Key Responsibilities â?ª Supervise daily warehouse and storeroom operations â?ª Manage receiving, dispatching, picking, packing, and stock allocation â?ª Ensure accurate inventory control and cycle counts â?ª Monitor stock movement, shortages, damages, and discrepancies â?ª Maintain effective warehouse layout and storage systems â?ª Supervise warehouse staff and delivery drivers â?ª Coordinate driver schedules, deliveries, routes, and vehicle usage â?ª Monitor driver performance, attendance, and delivery efficiency â?ª Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures â?ª Coordinate with procurement, workshop, and sales departments â?ª Manage supplier deliveries and returns processes â?ª Ensure ERP/system stock accuracy and reporting â?ª Maintain housekeeping and operational efficiency standards

Minimum Requirements â?? Previous experience in automotive parts warehousing or storeroom supervision â?? Experience supervising drivers and logistics coordination â?? Strong stock control and inventory management experience â?? Knowledge of automotive parts and components â?? Experience working on ERP / warehouse management systems â?? Strong leadership and team management ability â?? Good administrative and reporting skills â?? Forklift license advantageous â?? Valid drivers license essential â?? Ability to work accurately under pressure
