We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to join a leading organization dedicated to hardware solutions and technological innovation. Duties

Interpret and complete work orders and stock-related tasks accurately and within required timeframes

Install, configure, inspect, maintain, and repair computer hardware and related equipment

Set up workstations, computers, and peripherals such as routers and printers

Install, configure, and manage software in line with specifications

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues and implement appropriate solutions

Conduct preventative maintenance and replace faulty components where required

Inspect systems and equipment, run diagnostic tests, and interpret results

Maintain accurate records and logs of repairs, maintenance activities, and fixes

Manage hardware, software, and stock inventories

Support receiving, auditing, packing, and dispatching of equipment and stock

Monitor stock movement and identify shortages or replacement requirements

Source replacement parts and communicate procurement requirements when necessary

Follow relevant health, safety, quality, and company procedures

Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and other documentation

Liaise with colleagues, clients, and other professionals to resolve technical issues

Provide professional support and courteous assistance with technical queries or complaints

Support training and development of users on new hardware and software

Take ownership of deadlines, escalate challenges appropriately, and contribute to team objectives

Requirements

A+ and N+ or an equivalent technical qualification

Computer literacy and practical technical hardware experience

Experience with Microsoft software and computer systems

Practical experience troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining hardware

Knowledge of computer networks and related equipment

Strong hardware skills

Excellent customer service skills

Effective time management

Ability to work well in a team environment

Nice to Have

Relevant certifications or additional technical qualifications

Previous experience in a similar hardware support role
