Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential
Supervisory or Team Leader experience in a warehouse environment
Extensive experience as a Picker and Checker
Experience using handheld warehouse scanners
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and stock control
Able and willing to work weekends and overtime when required
Good communication and leadership skills
Reliable, disciplined, and able to work under pressure
Clear criminal record
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and motivate warehouse staff to achieve daily operational targets
Oversee picking, checking, receiving, and dispatch activities
Ensure accurate order picking and stock verification using handheld scanners
Monitor productivity, attendance, and performance of team members
Maintain health and safety standards within the warehouse
Ensure all operational procedures and quality standards are followed
Assist with stock counts and inventory control
Report operational issues and provide solutions to improve efficiency
