Skills automotive manufacturing team leader warehouse Detail: Minimum Skills & Knowledge Required Grade 12 with Mathematics or equivalent Minimum 2 years' Supervisor/Management experience Managerial, Supervisory, or Logistics qualification Driver's license (advantageous) Valid Forklift License (required) Experience with product-on-hand processes (advantageous) Above-average computer literacy, particularly in Excel Behavioral Competencies Required Ability to effectively monitor, guide, and direct a team Positive attitude with strong motivational skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong multi-tasking capability High sense of urgency with meticulous attention to detail Target-driven mindset Demonstrated integrity and ability to lead by example Key Performance Areas Manage and oversee the performance of the team Compile daily reports and take corrective action when targets are not met Conduct manpower planning and ensure workstation ergonomics Oversee scrap management and maintain quality supervision Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and HR procedures and regulations Maintain high housekeeping and operational standards Assist with WIP (Work in Progress) and sorting activities show more...
