Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor Start Date: 2026-06-22 - 2026-07-31 Vacancy Type: Permanent PTA026000 Sectors: Logistics, Warehouse, Automotive & Freight Location: SA - Western Cape , Cape Town - CBD Salary: R14 000 Brief: We are seeking a suitably qualified Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Malmesbury R14,000 CTC per month Detail: Minimum requirements: Grade 12 (essential). Diploma in Warehousing or related field (advantageous). 3–5 years' warehouse control experience within a food manufacturing environment. 2–3 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in MS Office. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and warehouse process understanding Key Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and stock control. Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock takes, variance investigations, and FIFO compliance. Manage goods receipts, stock transfers, returns, and warehouse documentation. Monitor warehouse performance, customer service levels, loading schedules, and delivery requirements. Maintain high standards of housekeeping, storage practices, and warehouse organization. Supervise forklift and reach truck operations and ensure equipment is maintained and safe. Analyse operational data, report discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, SHEQ, and Occupational Health & Safety standards. Lead, support, and monitor warehouse staff to achieve operational targets and performance standards.
