We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods.
What you’ll be doing
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory control, dispatch, production support, and maintaining a safe, organised, and high-performing warehouse environment.
Key responsibilities include
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order picking, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock counts, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Coordinate the efficient flow of materials to support production and customer delivery requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team while managing performance, training, and discipline.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), ISO, and company standards.
- Plan and coordinate dispatch activities to achieve on-time deliveries.
- Monitor warehouse performance, analyse key operational metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Production, and Logistics teams to optimise supply chain performance.
What we’re looking for
Education & Experience
- Grade 12 (NSC) or equivalent.
- A qualification in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Health & Safety will be advantageous.
- 3–5 years' warehouse operations experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

- Clear communicator who works well with teams and departments
- Experience with inventory management, dispatch, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, and health and safety compliance.
- Ability to perform under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver results.
