Well established East Rand based company seeks a Warehouse Supervisor who is immediately available Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control and dispatch procedures
- Computer literacy in MS Office and warehouse management systems
- Ability to supervise and manage warehouse staff effectively
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and leadership abilities
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff activities
- Ensure accurate receiving, dispatching and storage of stock
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control procedures
- Ensure all warehouse documentation is completed accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
- Coordinate deliveries, collections and dispatch schedules
- Monitor staff performance and productivity
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with stock investigations
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety regulations
