Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to take on the role of Warehouse Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all aspects of warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, fleet coordination, and ensuring timely and accurate order pulling and dispatching. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient service delivery and supporting customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of stock Ensure accurate inventory management through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and effective stock control procedures Monitor and maintain warehouse systems, bin locations, and inventory records to ensure stock accuracy Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, damaged stock, shortages, and overstock situations Coordinate fleet operations, vehicle loading, dispatch schedules, and maintenance requirements Supervise warehouse employees including order pickers, forklift drivers, receiving clerks, and general workers Monitor staff productivity and performance against operational targets and KPIs Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards Assist with resolving customer queries relating to stock availability, deliveries, and operational issues Prepare and maintain operational reports, vehicle checklists, records, and warehouse documentation Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and service delivery
