We are seeking a highly capable Warehouse Supervisor to address operational growth challenges and optimise warehouse performance. Where You'll Make an Impact: • Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch • Supervise staff, allocate tasks, and resolve operational issues to streamline workflow • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment • Implement best practices for inventory accuracy and stock control, including cycle counts and variance investigations • Ensure precise recording and timely updating of inventory master files • Achieve and maintain a minimum 95% stock availability and fill rate • Oversee spare parts management, reduce obsolete stock, and ensure efficient bin allocations • Monitor labour costs and productivity, implementing strategies for workforce optimisation • Conduct safety audits, enforce compliance with OHSA regulations, and manage risk assessments • Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Requirements: • Proven experience in warehousing supervision within a fast-paced environment • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word and Excel • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Fluent in English • Solid understanding of inventory management principles • Demonstrated team leadership capabilities • Well-organized with strong time management and analytical skills Nice to Have: • Experience working within retail, FMCG, or supply chain industries If you have not heard from us within 2 weeks, we regret that you have been unsuccessful.
