About the role Reporting to the Production Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily warehousing activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a strong understanding of warehouse operations. Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse workers.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Manage warehouse staff regarding performance, discipline, motivation and training.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle any issues or complaints that arise in a professional manner.
• Implement and maintain safe working procedures and ensure general OHSA compliance.
• Facilitate and manage stock takes at regular intervals.
• Maintain all ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards and practices.

Desired Experience & Qualification

About you

• 2 Years Warehouse Experience
• 2 Years of working experience within the Chemical department
• Knowledge of receiving, warehousing, and dispatch
• Knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Product knowledge
• Working knowledge of inventory control
• Business acumen
• HR / IR experience is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of ERP (Syspro).
• Working knowledge of WMS
• High achievement orientation.
