- To lead and coordinate the Dispatch, Logistics, Panel BOM, Fleet, Outsourced Transport, Site Outsourcing and Master Scheduling functions, ensuring that customer and internal requirements are planned, communicated and executed safely, accurately, on time and at the agreed cost.
- The role is responsible for actively driving the Pull Schedule and production readiness, ensuring that all teams are aligned to the required dispatch dates and that orders are fully ready for dispatch at least 24 hours before the committed dispatch date.
- The role must proactively push and coordinate Production, Stores, Quality, Sales/Projects, Dispatch and other supporting departments to remove obstacles, resolve delays and ensure compliance to the company's OTIFAQ (On Time, In Full, At Quality) requirements.
- The role acts as a key communication and coordination link between Sales, Projects, Production, Stores, Dispatch, transport providers and customers.

Desired Experience & Qualification
- Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under time pressure.
- Strong numerical ability, including deck-space, material and transport calculations.
- Good understanding of manufacturing, logistics and dispatch processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving and root-cause thinking.
- Computer literacy and ability to work with ERP / SYSPRO, spreadsheets and reporting systems.
- Ability to lead, coach and hold staff and service providers accountable.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and loading/transport requirements.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment with logistics & warehousing
