- Matric certificate or proven relevant work experience.
- Willingness and availability to work shifts, including night shifts.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Computer literacy, including email, Word, Excel and reporting. Experience with Freightware would be an advantage.
- Own transport is essential.
- Physically fit and strong, with the ability to load and offload trucks.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Good communication skills, including communicating effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A motivated individual with energy, enthusiasm and passion for the job.
- A strong desire to get the job done and the potential to grow within the organisation.
- Initiative and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively and work under pressure.
- A team player with a people-oriented approach.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT TESTING Candidates may be required to undergo the following assessments:
