Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams?
Are you a proactive Warehouse Operations Supervisor wanting to relocate back to Durban to drive productivity, maintain stock integrity, and ensure the smooth running of daily warehouse operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop the warehouse team to achieve operational targets.
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, stock control and dispatch.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and FIFO practices.
- Coordinate staff, workloads and transport requirements.
- Maintain compliance with OHS standards and company procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and warehouse performance.
What You'll Bring
- Diploma or Degree in Warehouse or Supply Chain Management.
- 5+ years' warehouse experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory/coordinating role.
- Experience working with ERP/WMS systems.
- Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- Valid South African driver's licence and own transport.
