Job Overview

• The candidate will be responsible for checking; assisting

• warehouse and dispatch operations of the business.

• The candidate will be involved in day to day warehouse operations and

• office operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Order checking for outbound client orders.

2. Checking, reconciling; querying stock and stock related issues.

3. Conduct stock takes

4. Check/administer inter-warehouse transfers.

5. Invoicing of stock to clients.

6. Plan/Administer/co-ordinate deliveries to clients.

7. Field and respond to all Invoice queries.

8. Field and respond to all credit note queries.

9. Assist warehouse manager with staff supervision.

10. Prepare waybills & co-ordinate courier companies.

11. Assist with client visits to Showroom

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications

• Education level: Matric Pass Compulsory

• Experience: At least 2-3 years working experience in a warehouse environment.

• Code 8 driver’s license compulsory

Specific skills

• Must have Proven work experience.

• Must know principles of business

• Must be have a people centric and friendly demeanor and able to communicate with clients

• Must be proficient in Word; Excel & PowerPoint & Outlook skills

• Must Have Good communication skills.

• Must be comfortable to work in high pressure environment.

• Must be prepared to work overtime on an ad-hoc basis.
