An internationally established premium 4x4 aftermarket brand is expanding its presence in Southern Africa and is looking to expand the warehouse team.
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operations Assistant , with additional opportunities available for Warehouse & Stock Assistants supporting picking, packing, receiving, stock handling and dispatch.

As we establish our Southern African operation, this is an opportunity to join a growing international business and play an important role in building our local warehouse and distribution operation.
A bout the Role
This is a hands-on warehouse position supporting the day-to-day operation of our Southern African distribution centre. You will be responsible for assisting with receiving stock, picking and packing dealer and customer orders, dispatch, stock counts, inventory accuracy and general warehouse organisation and other relevant duties.
You will work closely with the wider team to ensure products are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and check incoming stock and deliveries.
- Assist with unpacking, labelling and storing products correctly.
- Pick and check dealer and customer orders accurately.
- Pack products securely and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Assist with courier, freight and customer collections.
- Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate stock locations and report discrepancies.
- Handle products carefully to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.
- Assist with loading and unloading stock where required.
- Complete required warehouse documentation and system transactions.
- Support the Warehouse with daily warehouse activities.
- Work closely with administration, sales and logistics to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
- Perform additional reasonable duties required to support the successful operation of the warehouse.
- Assist with warehouse improvements and other operational activities as the business develops.
Desired Experience & Qualification
General Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
- Previous warehouse, stock, logistics or distribution experience.
- Experience within the automotive, 4x4, outdoor, wholesale or distribution industry will be advantageous.
- Good level of computer literacy is crucial.
- Ability to work accurately with product codes, quantities and documentation (print/digital).
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Physically capable of performing warehouse duties, including lifting and moving products where required.
- Valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
- Own reliable transport will be advantageous.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Professional, positive and solutions-focused approach.
- Willingness to learn ARB products, warehouse systems and operational procedures.
