Duties & Responsibilities
- Inventory and stock control, ensuring accurate bin locations and stock records.
- Manage inbound/outbound logistics and transport for efficient order fulfilment.
- Optimise warehouse space, storage systems, equipment, and team productivity.
- Implement inventory controls to minimise stock variances.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Workshop, Procurement, and Finance teams.
- Improve warehousing and logistics processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with service providers and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee fleet maintenance and warehouse equipment.
- Manage facilities, site operations, and document retention systems
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric (Tertiary qualification preferred)
- At least 5 years’ experience in Warehousing
- Approximately 8 years People management experience
- Thorough and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities
- Must have good customer focus and service delivery orientation
- Problem solving and solutions orientated
- Strong written and communication skills
- Call outs
Package & Remuneration
Basic R55,877.00 - R62,861,40, Car Allowance – R14,750.00.
