Minimum Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' warehouse management experience.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to manage warehouse operations, stock control and distribution processes effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse and distribution operations.
Supervise warehouse staff, including recruitment, training and performance management.
Oversee receiving, dispatching and stock control processes using Sage.
Plan delivery routes and monitor fleet operations and vehicle tracking.
Prepare picking slips and coordinate daily deliveries.
Conduct weekly cycle counts and annual stock takes.
Manage payroll and petty cash administration.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and security procedures.
Investigate and control operational incidents.
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and POD records.

Salary: R18,000 – R22,000 per month depending on experience.
