Warehouse Manager (Distribution / Retail / Wholesale)
Duties & Responsibilities
Continuous business performance improvement by planning, organizing, directing, managing and evaluating the operations and the budget of the warehouse facility, including identifying opportunities for the warehousing operation improvements.
Operations management - 40 direct reports.
Experience in the management of warehouse and distribution facilities environment and knowledge of the logistics and supply chain field.
Build and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders
Review and re-engineer processes in order to meet required service levels
Manage Re-pack production targets.
Interview, select, coach, train, manage and appraise performance of the warehouse and supervisory personnel.
Problem solve, negotiate and address challenges.
High level of computer literacy, system knowledge specifically warehouse management systems, SAP advantageous.
Experience & Qualification
Matric and tertiary qualification in Warehouse Operations, Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain required
Package & Remuneration
R45 000 - R 60 000 CTC ( Medical & pension included)
