Minimum Requirements
- National Senior Certificate.
- Relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (advantageous).
- 3–5+ years' experience in a courier, express logistics, or warehouse environment, with exposure to sorting operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong computer and WMS/system skills, with willingness to work day and night shifts.
