Warehouse Manager

Our client is a well-established and growing FMCG manufacturer built on innovation and quality. They are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Manager to join their production and warehousing team.

We are looking for a hands-on, system-driven individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate manufacturing and finished goods warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, blending, and dispatch.

• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time

• Ensure all inventory transactions are processed accurately in real time

• Maintain stock accuracy and overall system integrity

• Prepare for and supervise stock takes

• Ensure warehouses are well organised, labelled, and compliant with standards

• Drive adherence to procedures, policies, and factory rules

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements

• Communicate effectively with internal departments

• Host internal and external auditors as required

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strong people and process management ability

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Syspro knowledge advantageous

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant Supply Chain/Warehouse Management Certificate/Qualification

• 5 years’ supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
