We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager with proven pharmaceutical industry experience to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily warehouse operations, ensuring effective stock control, accurate order fulfilment, and compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all daily warehouse operations.
- Receive, inspect, store and dispatch pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure accurate stock control and maintain inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Ensure correct picking, packing and dispatching of orders.
- Manage warehouse staff and monitor performance.
- Ensure products are stored under the required conditions.
- Maintain proper documentation and traceability of stock.
- Follow and enforce Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and relevant pharmaceutical procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality requirements.
- Monitor stock expiry dates and implement appropriate stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organised and compliant warehouse.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, drivers and internal departments where required.
