Warehouse Manager (Retail / Wholesale DC) Report to: MD and FD Seniority Level: Management Type: Permanent Sectors: Retail or Wholesale Functions: Warehouse Management Qualifications: Diploma, Under Graduate Degrees Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Administration: Supply Chain Management, Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain Management Skills: Understanding warehouse processes System knowledge - WMS Business acumen and knowledge and Business architecture knowledge Teamplayer with strong leadership skills High level of computer literacy Able to lead and offer supportive management Meeting deadlines in a high pace rapidly changing environment Duties and Responsibilities: • Identify Business Improvement and optimisation that will result in improvement of process performance • Build and maintain solid relationships with stakeholder • Ensure optimal warehouse costs levels • Suggest changes / improvements to warehouse operations policies and procedures • Plan, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the operations and budget • Review and re-engineering of processes to meet required service levels • Perform day to day management administrative tasks • Responding to and dealing with customers / sales staff communication • Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork to ensure productivity targets are met • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting • Develop warehouse design and operations system improvements • Manage Re-pack production targets • Leadership skills in a fast-paced environment - Large SKU's
