Matric with a supply chain/logistics tertiary qualification. Minimum 5 years' warehouse management experience in FMCG, or hardware and high-volume distribution. SYSPRO experience Detail: Our client in the manufacturing and distribution industry is seeking a hands-on, decisive, results-driven Warehouse Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of operational performance for their finished goods warehouse. Warehouse Manager City Deep, Johannesburg Minimum Requirements: Matric essential; a relevant tertiary qualification (supply chain, logistics, operations or warehouse management) advantageous. 5+ years' warehouse management experience, with a substantial portion in FMCG, hardware, or high-volume, high-SKU distribution. Demonstrable experience running a team and improving warehouse KPIs (stock accuracy, productivity, OTIF). Working knowledge of an ERP/WMS environment — Syspro experience a strong advantage. Sound understanding of South African labour law as it applies to shop-floor discipline, performance management and overtime. Valid driver's licence; forklift / MHE licence advantageous.
