A well-established manufacturer within the paint, coatings and waterproofing industry is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee its warehouse operations in Killarney Gardens.
This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on warehouse professional with strong leadership skills and proven experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience within the paint, coatings, waterproofing, chemical or building materials industry will be highly advantageous.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage and dispatch.
- Supervise stock control, cycle counts and monthly stock takes.
- Ensure accurate order picking, packing and on-time deliveries.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate logistics and transport activities.
- Lead, coach and manage the warehouse team to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Qualification in Warehouse Management, Logistics or Supply Chain will be advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years' warehouse experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Manufacturing experience is essential.
- Experience within the paint, coatings, waterproofing, chemical or building materials industry will be highly advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and computer literacy.
- Valid driver's licence.

Package & Remuneration
- Salary: R25,000 – R30,000 per month (dependent on experience)
